Ingredients:


1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup milk

4 cups mashed potato

2 large egg yolk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper

2 large egg white

1/4 cup parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine butter and milk in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir until butter melts remove from heat and stir in mashed potatoes beat in egg yolks season to taste with salt and pepper fold in egg whites drop by tablespoonsful onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pan sprinkle with parmesan cheese bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until puffy and golden serve hot
