Missy Potatoes

Ingredients:


1 packages frozen hash brown potatoes -- (2 lb.) thawed

16 ounces sour cream

1 can cream of celery sour -- (10 3/4 oz.) undiluted

1 Cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese -- (4 oz.)

1/2 Cup butter -- softened

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

1/2 Cup round buttery cracker crumbs.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs; spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
