New Potato Bake

Ingredients:


1 can broccoli cheese soup -- (10 3/4 ounce)

1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

7 small red potatoes(about 1 1/2 pounds).quartered

2 medium Onions -- cut into wedges

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In large bowl,combine soup,sour cream and hot pepper sauce.Add potatoes and onions.Toss to coat well. In 8 x 12 inch baking dish or 2 quart casserole,spoon potato mixture in even layer.Sprinkle cheese on top.Bake for 50 minutes,or until potatoes are fork tender.Garnish with fresh chives if desired
