New Potatoes

Ingredients:


1 pound new potatoes

4 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoons chopped chives

1 tablespoons chopped basil

1 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tablespoons chopped dill

1/2 Cup sour cream

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

1 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cover potatoes with water. Bring to boil. Add salt. Reduce heat. Simmer 6 minutes until potatoes are tender. Drain well. Return potatoes to pan and add butter. Mix well. Add fresh chopped chives, basil, parsley and dill. Toss together well. Stir in sour cream and paprika. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot or warm. Approximately 10-12 minutes.
