Preparation / Directions:Peel and boil potatoes. While potatoes are cooking, melt butter in saucepan.
Add garlic and cook over low heat until garlic is soft. Add cream, bring to
a
boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Drain and mash potatoes with cream
mixture. Stir in parmesan cheese and parsley. Top with additional cheese and
pepper.
