Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:


1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground pepper

5 medium potatoes -- scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch slices

1/4 cup butter -- plus

2 tablespoons butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well. Dredge potatoes in flour mixture. Layer sliced potatoes in 2-quart baking dish, dotting each layer with butter. Bake at 400ΓΈ for 1 hour.
