Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons butter

4 medium red potato

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper

1 cup half and half
 

Preparation / Directions:


Butter a large casserole arrange a single layer of potatoes in the bottom season lightly with parmesan, salt, and pepper continue to layer and season potatoes pour half and half over all bake, covered, @ 375 degrees for 30 minutes bake, uncovered, @ 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until tender and golden serve hot
