Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Saute celery and onion in butter until transparent. Combine all ingredients, simmer add a pinch of lemon peel. Put into blender and whizzed in batches until very smooth. Serve hot with a pinch of nutmeg on the top of each bowl.
