Quick And Easy Potato Beef Casserole |

Ingredients:
1 pound ground meat -- (beef, chicken, turkey, deer) |
1 cup chopped onions |
3/4 cup a-1 steak sauce |
1 1/2 pounds potatoes -- peeled, boiled, and drained |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 pound grated cheese |

Preparation / Directions:
Brown the meat and onions, stir in the steak sauce, simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese. Mash potatoes with margarine and milk until smooth. Spread evenly over cheese and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
