Ingredients:


8 pounds red potato

1 1/4 cups mayonnaise

2 1/2 ounces salsa

1/3 cup sugar

3/4 pound butter pats
 

Preparation / Directions:


steam potatoes until nearly tender remove to cool completely halve lengthwise, and cut crosswise slits in potato, as for a fan grill until slightly browned combine mayonnaise, salsa, and sugar-mix well brush onto potatoes grill until heated through serve hot, with butter pats to the side
