Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:


4 cups potatoes -- thinly sliced

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup low-fat milk

1/2 cup onion -- chopped

1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded

2 tablespoons margarine

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine soup, milk, and seasonings. Spray a 1 quart cover casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray( (Pam), layer half of the potatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, and soup. Layer the other half on top in the same order. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
