Sugar Browned Potatoes

Ingredients:


1/4 cup sugar

6 tablespoons butter

2 pounds small potaotes -- cooked and peeled
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown sugar in skillet, stirring until caramelized. Add butter, stirring. Blend. add potatoes. Heat, turning, until browned on all sides. Serve with pork. 4-6 servings.
