Preparation / Directions:Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Drop the sweet potatoes into a bowl with enough cold water to cover. Add the salt and soak for 5 minutes. Dry the potatoes.
Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, place the potato slices in the pan, and spray the potatoes on all sides. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
