Hungarian Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:


8 large potatoes

1 stick oleo

16 ounces Sour Cream

1 can mushroom soup

1 medium Onion, diced fine
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil potatoes with skins on. Cool, peel and slice potatoes. Melt Oleo and add Sour Cream, Soup and Onion. Mix well and combine with sliced potatoes. Place in crock-pot for 3 hours or Bake at 350 for 45 min till heated through.
