Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel 6 medium potatoes and slice in half length wise. Melt 1 stick of Margarine in a heavy skillet.Place potatoes in margarine and brush them with margarine. COVER and cook 30 minutes.Test for doneness with a toothpickshould be slightly brown. Turn over and brush with French dressing and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake 30 minutes uncovered or until brown and crispy on the outside.
