Mary Clay's Rice Pudding

Ingredients:


1 Cup cooked Rice, buttered

1 Cup Milk

2 large Eggs, slightly beaten

1 Cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Nutmeg

1 tablespoons Flour

1 Cup raisins (Optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except flour. Sprinkle flour over mixture and combine last. Pour in buttered 1 quart baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350 Degrees.
