Preparation / Directions:Pour the milk slowly onto the eggs and beat well. Add the bread crumbs and seasonings. Place the sliced tomatoes in a pudding dish. Pour over them the milk, eggs and bread crumb mixture. Bake in moderate oven for about 25 minutes. Then serve.
