Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 9 x 13" baking pan. Stir
sugar, cinnamon, and apples together and place in a pan. Pour water over
apple mixture. Cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
TOPPING:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add butter, milk, eggs, and
vanilla. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes until smooth. Spread mixture
evenly over the apples to cover.
