Preparation / Directions:1. Dip cutting knife in lime juice; cut avocados in half.
2. Remove pits and peel; force through a sieve or food mill.
3. Add lime juice, sugar, salt, coffee powder and a few drops green food coloring; combine mixture with softened ice cream and beat with rotary beater until smooth.
4. Chill in freezing compartment of refrigerator just until whip becomes firm but not frozen; stir mixture occasionally. Spoon into small dessert dishes and serve at once.
