Ingredients:


2 cups fresh bread -- broken

2 teaspoons cocoa

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, butter and cocoa. Pour over broken bread. Stir until all is well mixed. Bake at 300 degrees until very light, about 45 minutes.
