Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Melt together chocolate, sugar and Cointreau; stir until smooth.
2. Beat in egg yolks and butter; cool.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry; fold into chocolate mixture.
4. Chill in a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
