Chocolate Sundae Rice Pudding

Ingredients:


2 cups cooked rice

2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup marshmallow cream

1/2 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine rice, milk and salt in saucepan; simmer until thick and creamy. 2. Remove from heat; add vanilla and cool. 3. Fold in 3/4 cup marshmallow cream. 4. Spoon into dessert dishes, top with remaining marshmallow cream and chocolate syrup.
