Preparation / Directions:1. In mini food procressor or blender, combine ricotta cheese, sugar and vanilla. Puree until smooth. Scrape pudding mixture into bowl. Add chocolate.
2. Divide two-thirds of chopped cookies among 4 dessert glasses. Top with pudding and remaining cookies. Refrigerate.
