Ingredients:


1 large egg

1 large egg white

1 cup skim milk

2 tablespoons flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 1/3 cup frozen whole - kernel corn

2 medium green onions -- including tops ,chopped fine

2 teaspoon graded parmesan cheese

1 spray nonstick cooking spray
 

Preparation / Directions:


1.) preheat oven to 350* . In a med. - size bowl , whisk together the egg , egg white , milk , flour , baking powder and pepper .Stir in the corn , green onions and cheese . 2.) Coat a 9-inch pie pan with the cooking spray , add the corn mixture , and set the pie pan in a shallow baking pan . Add enough hot water to the baking pan to come halfway up the sides of the pie pan . 3.) Bake , uncovered , for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until a knife inserted in the middle come out clean and the pudding is puffed and golden .
