Preparation / Directions:Heat oven to 350F. Saute onion in butter until light golden. Cut kernels from cob or use thawed frozen corn. Butter a baking dish. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle top with paprika and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the pudding sets up firm.
