Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a medium ramekin baking dish or small casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. (You can also use 2 muffin compartments of a muffin tin, but fill the remaining compartments with water before baking.)
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pudding does not shake when moved and is lightly brown on top.
