Preparation / Directions:Combine water, instant coffee and salt; bring to a boil. Slowly add cream of rice and cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 3 minutes. Stir in sugar. Pour pudding into a serving dish or individual serving dishes. Chill. Serve with chocolate sauce and nuts. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
