Fruit Pudding

Ingredients:


1 package cherry jell-o

1 pint boiling water

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup seeded raisins -- chopped

12 medium dates -- chopped

6 medium figs -- chopped

1 medium banana -- diced

1/4 cup nut meats -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add salt. Chill. When slightly thickened, add fruits and nuts. Turn into mold and chill until firm. Unmold. Serve with whipped cream.
