Preparation / Directions:
1. Combine flour, 2/3 cup sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
2. Blend in milk, corn oil and vanilla; stir in nuts.
3. Spread batter in greased 8-inch square pan or 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
4. Combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, pudding mix and coconut; sprinkle on top of batter.
5. Carefully pour boiling water over mixture; do not stir.
6. Bake in preheated 350 F. oven 45 minutes; cool 10 minutes.
7. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
