Le Clafoutis (The Fruit Pudding Of France)

Ingredients:


3 cups california seedless grapes

2 large apples -- peeled and diced

1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped

1 1/2 cups milk

4 large eggs

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup confectioners sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Scatter fruit and nuts in buttered 2-quart casserole. 2. Blend milk, eggs and vanilla in blender; add flour and sugar, blending thoroughly. Pour over fruit. 3. Bake in middle of preheated 350 F. oven 1 1/2 hours. 4. Cool slightly; dust with confectioners' sugar and cinnamon. 5. Serve warm with whipped crea
