Ingredients:


1 package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix -- (5.1 ounces)

1 1/2 cups nestle carnation evaporated milk

1 3/4 cups libbys pure pumpkin -- (15-ounce can)

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 Cup whipped cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


BEAT pudding and evaporated milk according to package directions in large bowl; chill for 5 minutes. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice; mix well. Spoon into dessert dishes. Chill for 10 minutes. Top with whipped cream before serving.
