Ingredients:
2 large eggs |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
2 1/2 cups cooked broad noodles |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 cup unsweetened apple juice |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans |

Preparation / Directions:
Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining other ingredients, except the nuts. Pour into a well oiled 2 qt casserole dish or an 8 inch baking pan. sprinkle on the nuts. Bake in a 350 F oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until browned.
