Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Peel potatoes and grate. Mix with onion and flour. Melt butter in a
shallow 1quart baking dish. Spoon potato mixture into baking dish.
Combine beaten eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over potatoes. Bake in
a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cut in wedges to serve. Makes 4 to 6
servings....
