Preparation / Directions:Combine water, milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon; scald. Sprinkle in cream of rice and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 4 minutes. Add butter and half the chocolate chips; stir until melted. Stir in raisins. Chill. Mix in remaining chocolate chips and nuts. Makes 4 servings.
