Preparation / Directions:Lightly grease Crock-Pot. IN a mixing bowl, combine lite evaporated milk, sugar, and rice. Stir in the cornstarch. Gradually add the beaten egg. Fold in the pears and vanilla. Pour into Crock-Pot. Combine in a small bowl, the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the rice mixture. Cover and cook on High for 2 to 3 hours or until pudding is set. Serve.
