SUPER SIMPLE BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients:


1 LOAF CINNAMON RAISON BREAD

6 cups MILK

6 ounces VANILLA PUDDING -- (COOK AND SERVE ONLY)

1 cup CHOPPED PECANS
 

Preparation / Directions:


CUT BREAD INTO CUBES IN PAN 9X12. POUR 2 CUPS OF MILK OVER BREAD. MIX IN BOW; THE REMAINING 4 CUPS OF MILK AND PUDDING MIXES WITH A WHISK. POUR OVER BREAD. SPRINKLE WITH CHOPPED PECANS. BAKE 1 HOUR @ 350. SERVE HOT WITH A RUM SAUCE ON TOP. Be creative!! Vary the flavor of the bread, pudding, and nuts...even the milk by using chocolate or eggnog!
