Preparation / Directions:Mix bulgar, water, salt and sugar in a saucepan. Cover. Cook over low heat until water is gone and bulgar is tender. Cover and cook over low heat an additional 5 minutes. Chill. Layer bulgar followed by layer of pineapple and pudding repeating a second time and serving in tall glasses or pretty serving bowl. Top with Cool Whip and chill.
