Preparation / Directions:To serve with Roast Beef, coat an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan with 1/4 c.
of roast beef fat drippings. Preheat pan for 5 minutes. Beat eggs slightly
in a bowl. Add milk, flour and salt and beat with a rotary beater until
just
smooth. Do not over beat. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake uncovered
at 425 F for 30 minutes.
