Swiss And Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:


1 package buttermilk biscuits uncooked

4 ounces swiss cheese -- cut into strips

1 cup mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup skim milk

3 large egg -- slightly beaten

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 package frozen spinach -- cooked and drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 375ΓΈ. Separate biscuits and place in an ungreased 8- or 9-inch pie pan or quiche dish; press edges of biscuits together to line the pan and sides. In medium bowl, toss cheeses with flour, and arrange evenly over biscuits. Using same bowl, mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and spinach until blended. Pour over cheese and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
