Beachcomber Quiche

Ingredients:


3 large egg

3 ounces cream cheese

1 cup small curd cottage cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

1 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 cup baked ham
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine eggs, cream cheese, cottage cheese, and butter in a mixer bowl beat just until smooth combine dry ingredients with milk in another bowl stir into egg mixture-mix well pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan top evenly with cheddar and ham bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until center is firm allow to rest at least 30 minutes before cutting serve warm or at room temperature
