Preparation / Directions:1. Beat together cream and eggs; add salmon, onion, olives, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Pour salmon-cream mixture into pie shell.
3. Bake in preheated 375 F. oven 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
