Bacon-Quiche Biscuit Cups

Ingredients:


1 Package cream cheese -- (8-ounce) softened

2 Large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 Teaspoon salt

2 Ounces Swiss cheese -- shredded

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1 Can refrigerated biscuits -- (10-ounce)

5 slices bacon slices -- cooked, crumbled and divided
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat first 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth; stir in cheese and onion. Set aside. Pat each biscuit into a 5-inch circle; press into lightly greased 3-inch muffin cups. Sprinkle half of bacon evenly into cups. Spoon 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture into each cup. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with remaining bacon, gently pressing into filling.
