Preparation / Directions:Combine spinach, cheese, bacon and green onions. Spoon mixture evenly
into pastry shell. In small bowl, blend eggs, cream and mustard. Pour
even over spinach mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or
until knife inseerted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes
before serving. To serve, cut into wedges. Makes 8 servings.
