Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Salt carots and cook until done; set aside.
Chop onion and green pepper and set aside.
Mix sugar, salt, dry mustard and pepper; stir well.
Add corn oil, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and tompato sauce; mix well.
Combine carrots, onions and peppers. Pour liquid mixtue over relish and marinate overnight.
