Preparation / Directions:Wash and rinse vegetables. Chop vegetables coarsely in blender or food processor. Heat vinegar in sauce-pan until it begins to boil. Add salt and sugar, and simmer a few minutes longer. Pour into vegetables. Mix well, and set entire mixture to heat for 15 minutes, stirring to prevent burning. Pour into jars for canning or refrigeration.
