Preparation / Directions:1. Combine all ingredients in large non reactive kettle; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until vegeatble are tender about 30-40 minutes.
2. Pack into hot sterilized hard, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Seal and cool completely.
3. Store in the refrigerator or in the freezer for up to 1 year.
