Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:


2 cups cranberries

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 medium lemon -- squeezed and quartered

1/2 cup walnuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wash and pick over cranberries. Place in food processor along with sugar, lemon juice and lemon quarters. Process until well blended and shredded. (Stir in nuts.) Place in jars and refrigerate. This is best after 24 hours, and will keep for about a week.
