Indonesian Relish With Lime, Chili, And Basil

Ingredients:


1 Medium onion -- cut into thin strips

1 Small ripe tomato -- cut into small cubes

1 Teaspoon fresh basil -- chopped fine

1 Small fresh hot red chili -- stemmed, seeded, and cut into thin strips

1 Small fresh hot green chili -- inchstemmed, seeded, and cut into thin strips

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 Teaspoon lime rind -- chopped into tiny
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Let it sit for several hours, stirring occasionally.
