Papaya Mango Relish

Ingredients:


6 Medium Serrano chiles -- minced

4 tablespoons limes Juice

2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro -- minced

1/2 Cup Firm mango -- diced

3 Medium Habaneros -- minced

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 clove Garlic -- minced

1/2 Cup Papaya -- diced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the chiles, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and garlic to make a marinade. Toss the diced fruit in the mixture and allow to sit for at least an hour to blend the flavors.
