Red Pepper Relish

Ingredients:


2 Large Tomatoes, Cut Into Eighths

2 Stalks Celery, Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces

3 Medium Red Peppers, Seeded And Cut Into Eighths

1 Medium Onion, Quartered

1 tablespoons Salt

2 tablespoons Sugar

1/8 Teaspoon Allspice

1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/8 Teaspoon Clove

1/8 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Assemble and attach fruit/vegetable strainer. Turn to speed 4 and strain tomatoes into a large glass bowl. Assemble and attach food grinder using coarse grinding plate. Turn to speed 4 and grind celery, peppes, and onion into glass bowl. add salt, sugar, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, and vinegar; mix well. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 8 hours before serving.
